Matt-General Manager
Tom has spent his entire career in the restaurant business. His passion is providing quality foods that go beyond just calories. He loves developing new dishes, that is healthy and nutritious.

Kathryn - 1st lead chef. Kathryn has been a chef for over 15 years, training and working in several 4 star restaurants. Healthy foods keeping in her southern roots.

Allison, our lead floor manager. Allison has years of managerial experience, in restaurants and hotels. Her passion at Cabbage Head Cafe is keeping the dining floor appetizing and peaceful.

Brooke, lead server. Brooke is a table serving genius. No one knows how she remembers everything. She is awesome at serving our guests personally, as well as training others to do the same job.

Bryan, office manager. Bryan keeps us all on track. He manages us all, with grace and kindness, keeping us inline and on budget. We're not sure how he keeps all the plates spinning, from staff, ordering, deliveries and then helps out at busy times.

Juan - Kitchen manager. Juan is a genius. He manages our kitchen with poise, and sophistication. He's always moving, when he's in the kitchen, never still. He's working, directing like this is a fine dance. His gentle spirit is a great asset to Cabbage Head Cafe.
